Use of Software
- License Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business use.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software without prior written consent from Pro Analyser.
- Intended Purpose: The Software is intended solely for bank statement analysis and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Purpose Limitation: The Pro Analyser WhatsApp bot is a Utility Service tool designed specifically for bank statement analysis. It is not a general-purpose AI assistant. Use of the bot is restricted to its intended financial analysis functions.
Data Privacy
- Data Access: You acknowledge that the Software may require access to your bank statements and financial data.
- Privacy Protection: We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your data, and Pro Analyser will not share, sell, or misuse your data without your explicit consent.
WhatsApp Consent & Opt-out
By sending a message to our WhatsApp number, you provide explicit affirmative consent to receive automated utility messages. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying with the keyword “STOP”. This opt-out mechanism is provided in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Accuracy and Reliability
- Best Efforts: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable analysis, the Software’s results may vary based on data quality and input accuracy.
- No Guarantee: Pro Analyser does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis provided by the Software.
- User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify the results and make informed decisions based on your own judgment.
Financial Advice Disclaimer
Important: The analysis provided by the Software is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

- Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete any copies you possess.
Meta Policy Compliance: Access may also be terminated for any violation of Meta’s Business Messaging Policies, including but not limited to misuse of the WhatsApp Business API channel.
Modifications to Terms
Pro Analyser reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will notify users of significant changes through our website or via email where possible.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Jurisdiction Update
Subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This includes all disputes arising from the use of the WhatsApp Business API service and digital data processing under the DPDP Act, 2023.

By using the Pro Analyser software or by messaging our official WhatsApp Business account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
