WhatsApp Bot Purpose & Scope

The Pro Analyser WhatsApp bot is a Utility/Service tool used solely for the purpose of bank statement analysis. It is not an entertainment, social, or AI-generated content bot.

Specifically, it is used to:

  • Receive user-submitted bank statement data via WhatsApp
  • Deliver structured financial analysis, summaries, and insights in response
  • Send service-related notifications directly related to your analysis requests

This bot does not engage in unsolicited marketing, promotional messaging, or automated AI conversations beyond its core utility function.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
  • Grievance Redressal: As required under the DPDP Act 2023, you may raise a complaint or grievance regarding your personal data by writing to contact@proanalyser.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
